        This statement is telling me that true money comes from the heart not from your purse. I agree on this because its sorta talking about blessing others, not just blessing them with money, put that the money you give comes from the heart. Not from your purse metaphorically. An example would be Tim helps his mom out. An the mom wants to give him something back. By giving him money that came from the heart.
