What i understand about this quote is that it's when you cheat  you only feel good for a short while, and then in the long term you'll feel the pain and how much you regret it. So it’s best not to cheat and do the thing correctly without cheating, without choosing the wrong. The worst part in sports is to find out the winner cheated to get to success. An that's really shameful. It's always best to choose the right, and have pride over it, than to choose the wrong and have long guilt when you cheated.

 What i understand about this quote is that cheating isn't the answer. You will be choosing the wrong, by cheating. We shouldn't cheat are way to success, we should earn that success by doing everything by the rules, and not breaking rules. I won't cheat is a commitment to not cheat on test, or use steroids, it's a commitment to earn what you deserve. To work hard because it pays off. This statement is also similar to choosing the right. Because when you choose the right you are being productive, loyal,respectful, and many more. So that's why we should be committed to both so we feel proud of ourselves.
