Class Evaluation 

        1. Somethings that i like about this was the fact that we used computers, and how you had us interact with the internet by creating this blog. 

        2. Somethings i didn't like was the surprise CTR cards check. They were really out of random.

        3. Some recommendations would be to give time in advance for us to get are ctr cards ready. Other than that it was a pretty cool class.

        4. One of the highlight of this class was the Choose the Right song, it was pretty catchy.:)

        5. I tried doing my best in this class because i really wanted to pass with an A in here. Last year this class threw me off, i got a B and it threw my A streak. 

        6. To be honest i don't do it daily.:( Most of the time is because i am to busy doing work for another teacher, or i am just busy. I really try to read it for five minutes daily. 

        7. Yes i am being committed in being a ctr person for life. Being a ctr persin is going to take you very far, and in life i want to go very far. 

        8. What i learn was to always choose the right and never give, and to not pick up the rattle snake. I am really going to pass this information on because it shows how i am committed in being a ctr person. and i think it will also help my friend/ peers. 

        9. What i will always remember is how you always said " Come on young people you always gotta choose the right", And also " Choose the right young people. You're dismissed". It just reminded me everyday to choose the right, and to put others as my priority.  

“ You will go far with CTR”

Mr. Haymore

This quote is so true because not only does it mean you are going to reach very far, but with CTR you'll go beyond the maximum point.  And you will be on top just like Steph Curry. And this quote is so empowering because it's telling me that if you choose the right for the rest of your life you'll be on top, and you will  grow like a tall pomp tree. This choose in the right not only means far but it's a result you have when you always choose the right. And it's always best to be part of the CTR club than the CTW. An example of CTW is when a person drinks, smokes, does drugs, cheats. It is a very cruel thing to do to somebody. An example of someone choosing the right is helping others, caring,kind, respectful,and loyal. There is many more but it's just to name a few. An another example of how choosing the right is going to take you far is, Mr.Haymore. How Mr.Haymore, has a nice family, has a wife, kids, a career he enjoys. This just shows how choosing the right is going to take you very far. Mr.Haymore you are a excellent example for this quote.

“ Of all the choices you will ever make , one choice supersedes all others- the ultimate choice. This one choice will help you to always make correct decisions for the remainder of your life. This one choice, the ultimate choice, is you're keystone for being the best student and person you can possibly be. This one choice will forever affect you for good more than any other choice.

What i understand about this quote is that the best decision we will ever make in our life is choosing the right. And this choice will always be the best, and we will live with gratitude, and not hate towards people. This choice is the Ultimate choice we ever had. This choice will make us the best person in the world. And by far we already have an advantage because we were exposed to ctr this whole school year. And it's best to start off little so it becomes a habit. And i am very grate full to being exposed as of my freshmen year. This choosing the right is are keystone that holds us in place. And when we remove it, we will all just fall out of place, and we don't want that. This choose will be one big remark in my life as a choice i ever made. And i am very thankful.

Chinese Proverbs

This quote is really powerful because it's saying when there is beauty in character there will be harmony wherever he goes. Like at his home. An if their is harmony at home then there will be order in the nation. An when the nation is on order there will be peace in the world.  This quote reminds me of a song. The song is called “ Where is the love”. This song say that the world isn't at peace, so when there is no peace, then where is the love? This is just really beautiful how when we all just put are part in choosing the right, will learn to love each other in harmony will finally bring peace into the world. We can have all the peace we want but first we need to find the inner harmony in us and outside.

“ I would prefer even to fail with honor than win by cheating.”

These two stories are a very good example for Sophocles quote. It shows how Malik Steward, lose to state championship, but had honor with him to go and shake his opponents dads hand. He failed, but he didn't cheat, he failed with honor. As to Roman Chapa he cheated miserable, just to win. To win for money, which indeed does not show honor, he choose the wrong and should be punished. He won but by cheating. Which isn't a honorable thing. An in people's eyes he is a cheating person who can't be trusted. Just did it for the money.

“ If i ve got correct goals, and if i keep pursuing them the best way i know how, everything else falls into line. If i do the right thing right, I’m going to succeed”

What i understand about this quote is that when you're goals are good and correct. And you keep pursuing them, everything else is going to fall in order. An example would be to get into college. If you work hard and do your best in high school. You are most likely to get a scholarship. Which pays for all of your college. As you can see everything is falling into line. And when you do the right thing make sure to do it right. This mens that say you help[ somebody clean, you make sure it gets clean. An do the job with a positive attitude. When you do something right, but don't have a positive attitude, the job turns out to look bad, and it looks worse than when you got there. That's why is best to choose the right, and make sure it's right.

This quote is very inspiring because it shows how when you choose the right, you have this feelings. And this feelings are the self respect you have for yourself. Self respect means by not harming your body, and you respecting your  body. And example of hurting your body is cutting. The other feeling that you feel is integrity, you value how your personal beliefs, and how you stand up for what is right. Another one is self esteem. Self esteem is the way you talk about yourself. Some people have the tendency of talking about about themselves. Like “ohh i look fat in this” “oh id doesn't look good on me”. People that talk about their body like this is that they have negative thoughts. Which can lead to depression or suicide. Dignity is the same like self respect you need to love and embrace the way you look.

Summary:

This is a story about a Indian youth which, climbed a mountain to reach the top. And in the top he became free. In a sense he was joyful. Until he heard  a rattle. This rattle was coming from a snake, and this snake asked the Indian Youth, “ I am dying up here can you help me down so i can get warm, and eat.” The Indian youth was very surprised because the snake could kill him. And the snake persuade him saying, “ i'll treat you special and i won't hurt you, please take me down to the valley.” As the Indian youth took him down, and wrap him in his shirt, he placed him down. As he said thank you and bit him. Then the snake said “ You knew what i was when you picked me up”! This is metaphorically speaking that when somebody offers you something bad and keeps telling you that there is no harm, you gotta always choose the right for you and doesn't harm you.  Other examples would be alcohol, drugs, stealing,etc etc. Also the snake represents evil trying to get you into bad things, and you have to stand your ground and say no.

“ In any moment of decision, the best thing you can do is the right”. Theodore Roosevelt What i understand about this quote is that when it comes down to making a decision is to choose the right. When you choose the right that means that you are doing what is best for you. So thats why its best the we choose the right, and when it's a hard decision you must think of the safety of the people and you. An example of a decision would be when your friend offers you drugs. You have a hard decision. You is good to do drugs? No it's not so you say no to drugs. An when you said no you were thinking about choosing the right. This is why we must remind a ctr person, so we don't make mistakes in decision, and when we decide to choose what is best for you and the right. This quote can be advise, you either choose the right decision. Or you choose the wrong which can cause problems, maybe injure you. Choose the right.

This statement is really true, like what are you going to get out of doing the wrong. You don't really get anything. The only thing you most likely to get are bad repercussions. It also depends on what you did and how severe you damaged people. But when you choose the right you gain something. You might gain there trust, or you might gaine a reward. You can also gain a good compliment. This is why i think this quote is so true because you really don't gain anything when you do something bad. So remember it best to choose the right, and get a good consequence rather than to get a bad repercussion. This statement really is powerful. And it's best to gain something good than something bad.

What i understand about this quote is that when you choose the right at the right time, in the inside you are going to feel very great. And you are going to have this feeling you never felt before. And people are going to see that you are a good person. An example would be that when an adult asks for a favor you help them out at the right moment. And at the right time. That is why after you're done you have a nice feeling, that you choose the right. You must always choose the right because you never know who is watching you. Also vice versa when you do something bad without telling anybody, there is somebody that watched you do, and choose the wrong. Thats why its always best to choose the right.

What i understand about this quote is that goodness is the only investment that will not fail you. If you invest in being good, your investment will not fail you. It's always going to be their and will guarantee you it will be there as long as it is if your be good. Once you stop being good your investment will fail you because you were once choosing the right, know you choose the wrong and that's one of the consequences/ repercussion that happens. So that why it's best to invest in something, and keep your word to it. So we should all invest in goodness, because goodness never expires, or fail you.

What this quote is telling me about is that we should make the good things popular that will sound good. And make the bad stuff unpopular. I really think we should, because all the bad influence is being popular. And more and more kids are going under bad influence, which is bad because they are the leaders of tomorrow. It's everyone's duty to make the unpopular popular. Now a days kids think smoking is cool. It really isn't, it just brings problems to yourself. And we should make that sound bad, and we should make thing popular like choosing the right, We should make that go popular. That everyone should want to become a ctr person. And everyone will live by the honesty code.

This quote is really amazing because it's telling me that when you work hard your dedication will pay off. And it will more amazing things will happen. It like choosing the right when you dedicate yourself to choose the right, people will see good things in you and you will be trusted and even rewarded. An all that hard work you put in choosing the right is going to pay off. Just like tyler hawk did when he was a little kid. So it's best to put your effort all in and by the end of the run your effort will pay off. And you must put all your trust so you get all of the outcome at the end. You got to practice in order to do good things and for them to be good.

        What this statement is telling me is that we must think before we act. If your going to choose the right then act accordingly to your decision. If you choosing the wrong get ready to pay the consequences. What ever we say we must think about it before we say it or act on it. We must be conses about other peoples feelings. The world doesn't evolve around you there are other people we must put first. And we must always choose the right so we can act on our choice. We must double check what we are going to say to are self's, and then act on the choice we made.

    What this quote is telling me is that we must be friends with the people that are good, always choosing the right. We shouldn't be friends with bad people who might get us in trouble. Who will endanger are future. Who will take us off the right path. To stop this is to find the good people who are honest, that don't lie or cheat. Those people make us look good help each other stay on track. Those people make you look great and good, you ll have a reputation of being good. Who will want to see you succeed in life. He or she will motivate you to do whats right. And if you cant find good friends, its best to be alone, than to have bad company on the side of you. Its best to go solo, and succeed in life. Than to not have a future and all your dreams end up on the ground where they are just being stepped on by the bad friends you have associated with.

        This quote is telling me that when you do the right thing it must come as a whole. We don't want 25% right we want 100% ctr. This is the only time its right when every thing is their. An example would be if someone found a bag of money, and they turn it in, every single penny most be in there for you to feel good. You don't want to be let me take some of this money and give up the rest. You don't want that because your not being fully honest. And you want to be honest and to the right thing so do it good the first time and you will feel wonderful. Just like Rachel Castillo said " If you do whats right, and live the right way you'll be taken care of". So if you do the entire right people will do take care of you.

  What I understand about this quote is that if you choose the right you live the right way, people will care about you and either give you things or they will bless you in ways no other people can. So you should be a ctr 24/7 and a ctr person for life. And many people that see this would be surprised, and want to be your friend and help you when you need it. Its more like a reward. People are going to see potential in you and say we need to help him so he cab express his intelligence. i really want to take this quote into consideration. I like the way it telling us the point directly. If you live a ctw life then people wont take care of you because you are most likely to take everything the wrong way. In other words you choose the right and live the right way blessings will come in every directions into your life.

     I agree with this quote because the people who do good live more years. And the people who do bad end up getting into drugs or gangs and most of the time end up getting shot, and die. Those people are the ctw's. Those people just have a short and bad life. So if you want to live more i suggest you start doing whats right for you, and those around you. This quote symbolize that ONLY people that do good have the tendency in living a very happy life and doing whats right for them. People with bad history or is bad don't live very long. Either get murder or end up dieing. Everyone has a choice weather you do whats right or you do the wrong. And whats really best for us is to have value in our self.

            What I understand is being popular isn't always the best. Because you always want to do the bad to seem cool in front of every one. And its better not to be popular because you wont have so much pressure on you. If you are a  ctr person popularity isn't always the best. Like people that are hones is the most praise thing than being popular. Most of the time popularity just makes you choose the wrong. An we don't want that. We want to be choosing the right, we gotta be a person of are word. An example would be drinking in front of your followers makes you look big and tough. But you still ctw because you are a minor and its illegal substance. Its best to impress your self than others.
